The sense of the yet unaccomplished and the ability to live in the image of the future. This is Rita Pederzoli Ricci’s extraordinary attitude. A skill that she discovered as a child when in spite of herself she was forced to keep still for a long time in a room, a space that turned into a place to be furnished and redecorated with no limits to her childlike imagination: ‘that was a hard time, but today I believe that it has been the most relevant professional and human education’. Also from this experience, she has generated a deep sensitivity about locations accommodating people, her commitment in taking care of them in a mutual exchange of emotions, her awareness that beauty, aside from being contagious, could create value. After graduating in Interior Design and Communication, Rita created the first Italian design studio specialized in home staging. In 2011 she was one the founder members as well as president for the following eight years of the Professional Association Home Staging Italia, approved by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. Moreover, she is the author of the book AMORE A PRIMA VISTA (LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT) published by Franco Angeli. Today Rita offers her significant skills in the field of property enhancement to the Italian artistic legacy and, as far as project Venti Venti Agenzia Evolutiva is concerned, she deals with research and selection of the locations, settings and territory enhancement, implementation of real estate marketing tools and property staging by using the registered trademark Luxury Property Value ®
